Fmess - thanks for the info on gf at liddle. We don't have one near us where we are this week, but I'll try to keep an eye on their website for future offers. Dd now has to be milk-free too, which removes about 75% of the gf items anyway...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0

Oh. My. Goodness. :j I need absolutely no excuse at all to sit and cuddle the cats all day. I'm totally doing this one. We're out all day tomorrow so I'm hoping to have a pretty relaxing day today and this will help me to do that.
Got a bit busy yesterday evening when I got home and saw the wonder of the house. The cleaner was amazing - she was here 4 hours yesterday and I can't believe how much stuff she got done. I almost feel like I live in a show home, and its made me want to do stuff like wash the curtains :rotfl:
My gratitudes for yesterday:
The cleaner
Having a fab exam marking team
The cleaner
Bestie's ds being here and keeping my ds company
The cleaner
Time for crochet

It is very very wet over here in the L'shire. Been to the gym already ( -500 cals) and now home with a coffee and plans to strip more wallpaper. Kids can play on computers as it is chucking it down and the puddles on the roads are pretty nasty already. Might have to break out the cocoa if it turns thundery ( my kids associate thunder with hot choc and biscuits - they have no fear and look forward to a good storm ).
Will run DH down the road in the car. It is only 5 mins and he will not be sitting in wet trousers for the morning.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Gooooood morning,
Lovely sunny day in Scotland for a change and my mood is lifted instantly.
Got the house back in order last night and ready for FIL's visit. Got some tatties and carrots from the garden, cleaned my friend's bike and cooked some healthy lunches for me. All this while DH had a wee lie down as he was so tired from the weekend :rotfl:.
Feel my legs properly now after the weekends exercises so just a swim today.
Think I'll start crochet again tonight. Maybe combine it with my reading and make myself a book cover, sth easy to start with.
Today I'm grateful for
*lovely sunshine
*being motivated

Oh my gosh what a posh lot no cleaner for me. However I do work lot less hours even though today I am being treated like muppet of office.:(
Cleared all the kitchen cupboards out in work so joiners can start tomorrow on new kitchen, totally gross feel all grubby, then I print labels for someone? really? Already got a new updated accounting package to deal with which is not working same as the old one. I need a proper holiday stress levels high.
Feeling flat today, Sorry it's a moaning post. Overdrawn in bank today only by 35p but hate being this short of money. Will decided today whether to cut my losses and cancel hotel got booked at weekend, ticket for gig was cheap plus I know I can't afford it really with fuel as well. So save myself £64 on hotel plus fuel and food will make it £100 in total if not more.:o
Way I look at it I could have a little treat at home instead without feeling broke and guilty.:) Maybe even a haircut.
Moan over.
Today will be a SFD no choice in the matter.
Grateful for.
Nice walk and blackberries collected yesterday
Good chat with a friend, so jealous she is getting a new puppy.

Nothing spent today - rainy day, so generally spent it indoors doing housework (yawn) - did pop out for a couple of hours with DD, as she gave blood and it was her first time - I didn't want her to be alone and driving in case she felt funny after.
Today's gratitudes:
* fab service (as ever) at the blood donation centre
* a carrier of plums from my mum's garden
* fresh tomatoes from my garden
* shiny clean bathroom (done by me) using cleaning products brought back from DD's uni halls (left by flatmates)
* DS1 having a sort out of paperwork - lots to recycling bin
