    16/21 for me please. Would have 17 but I had a glass of wine to celebrate a friends engagement. In the past it would have been a bottle so i'm happy at a glass.

    Hi everyone

    Just checking in to confirm 21/31 today.

    I'm worrying in anticipation of a 3 day conference starting tomorrow and 2 nights away from home.

    This would be my cue to pick up 3 or 4 bottles of wine for the duration and hide in my hotel room in the evening solitary drinking.
    Not this time I hope, planning to take a bottle of elderflower cordial to help me through and also my swimming cossie as the hotel has a pool.

    Any advice would be very welcome
