Why downgrade at 8 months like you keep saying? Do it at 6!0

Oops got that wrong, its £30 x 8 so total of £15? It's abit late for math, but I just ordered one (and I've emailed them to check about the cashback, so if I'm wrong I might send it back)0

Even on the confirmation e-mail it says:Please don't forget you must remain on your chosen tariff for the
following periods;
Orange 6 Months
O2, Vodafone and three 6 Months
T-Mobile 11 Months
If any changes are made within this period, we reserve the right to charge
you the difference in cost between the packages chosen.
The only bit that worried me was the contract I agreed to, which said:With many of our offers the price/package that the equipment is advertised for is dependent on the specific tariff being selected. If you subsequently change the tariff within the periods detailed below, a purchase price variance will be charged to you. This will be based on the new tariff price minus the original tariff price you signed up to. Unfortunately, if the new tariff price is less than the original tariff price we will not be able to provide a refund of the difference.0 -
annual rent = 6 x 30 + 6 x 15 = 270
you can work out the rest0 -
andy you are mistaken
take advantage of 8 FREE months rental first then downgrade for final 4 months.0 -

£30 x 6
£15 x 6
= £270
- £10 (for buying online)
- £15 (quidco)
- £240
= (can't believe this...) £5

Sorry about that, its quite obvious I wasn't expecting anyone from here to pay as much as my Buy It Now when this only works out to a fiver (and I know me making money off charging others too much is against the spirit of the forum but it was my idea in the first place (mak_attack spotted the deal, I spotted the chance to downgrade at 6 months!)0
