My conveyancer has now raised MORE ENQUIRIES!!!!! And has asked me to confirm something I said I was fine with two weeks ago!!! I'm losing the plot at this point.

Asked for an update from our solicitor three days ago...
yay! Got a reply today! Soooooo excited to open this email... and this is what they said:
“We shall do all we can to progress your transaction. Unfortunately we can only move as quickly as the slowest in the chain”

IS 
THAT
IT?????? 

That's the update??? I actually give up!

Just had word we are likely to exchange tomorrow and complete in 2 weeks - I feel flat, I can’t get excited as I just don’t believe it will actually happen....will be an even bigger ball of anxiety in my stomach for the next 24-32 hours 😬

Urgh - I have found I get more information going via the EA and asking them to find out what the sellers updates are

Thank you!!! Sometimes I call the agents mine and one we are buying through and I can feel them roll their eyes and look up to the ceiling 😩

I have hit a wall today. I've been trying to be positive but I'm at my wits end with frustration today. File was not signed off again yesterday so exchange is delayed again, and every day we delay exchange then we delay completion (seller wants at least two weeks between the two) and it's taking 24 hours at a time to get responses from my solicitor.

We've been lucky so far so I know I can't be too mad, but I do feel like I'm banging my head against a wall today - I just can't wait for this to be over.

I think when I call the sellers EA, they just gets out their Little Book of Lies and Excuses and try to find one they haven't used yet. Everything is 'off the record' which I can only assume is Estate Agent talk for complete BS!

I am only dealing with purchase now, our sale was done last year but earlier this week I called (again 🙄)  and was basically told I’m lucky to be getting the house for a good price as demand in that area gone up so sit tight 😳

Arggh - after all the work everyone has put in no-one can still get hold of this seller solictor to just do the exchange!!!
Buyer keeps messaging me every 30 mins asking "is it done"
