This is all so stressful!! Completion date agreed with buyers and now just waiting to exchange but new questions seem to keep popping up. I am also caught in the middle between not doing any packing as I cant believe it is going to happen and panicking about the fact I have not done any packing!!3

9 days until moving day for me too - sadly, I'm only moving out of my rented flat and into my boyfriend's house until our purchase completes - still absolutely zero idea when that might be, and all my stuff will be in storage for the forseeable.0

Irishpearce26 said:So all parties have agreed 3rd March for completion and our solicitor is pushing for exchange on our sale asap and then exchange on our purchase just after. Removals booked and majority of the house is packed T-Minus 9 days to go. Hoping to get into the new house today to do a pre-exchange check as the sellers have moved already. Good luck to all those exchanging/completing this week. Those that are having difficulties I feel your pain but keep pushing on.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Contract and mortgage deed all signed now... still looking likely for completion next Monday!2

Another Monday - another day of silence...........
As far as i understand should just be a case of sending back answers to last enquiries and that's it. Hopefully that can get done and sorted today.
Its my birthday today and all i've asked for is an exchange and completion date - maybe asking too much.
Completing on 3/4 March would be excellent - think someone in the chain wants to wait until the 12th but not sure1 -

How is everyone who's not exchanged yet hoping to complete at the beginning of March? Cash buyers? I wanted to complete at the beginning of March but my solicitor says the bank needs 7 working days notice for the mortgage funds.0
