they called to ask if exchange was ok today i said yes transferred the money then about 20 mins later they emailed to say funds have been received, we are at the bottom of the chainDom25 said:

I got a call at 12.00 today to authority to exchange and not hear anything yet ! 😭

I received my call today at 10am for my authority to exchange and my solicitor will then later send an email to me back 😊🥳still waiting for that email3

Just gone back and checked from the day we exchanged. I gave authority at 11:47, got the call to say we'd exchanged just before 4pm!Dom25 said:
