  • Finally completed and got the keys today! The house needs more work than expected though, they’ve left it very dirty  :| just glad to have the keys after over 6 months waiting! 
    Ah, mixed blessings! I'm glad you're in, but it's rubbish that it's dirty. I hope it doesn't take too long to clean, and you feel at home very soon!

    Heard today that our buyer’s lender has said they can proceed to exchange and completion.  We’ve had to wait a month for the lender to review the case and decide whether they perceive the PRoW on our property as detrimental to its value. So relieved right now! We’ve been to hell and back already. Hoping for a smoother journey ahead as our new onward purchase is chain free!!!

  • So finally get our report on title, contract for signing and additional documentation through. All have the original purchase price on and not the lower renegotiated price 😂

    After the last few weeks I was expecting one final drama but nothing which was an amazing feeling 😁
