  • Expecting my buyer to pull out this week over no roof warranty, just before exchange. Oh joy. (I stated in the Fixtures and Fittings that there wasn't one). It's a perfectly good roof and not at all a shoddy job - I just feel I can't win with anybody despite trying my very hardest to do things right  :'( I can't do this anymore
They’ve not pulled out yet @goodwithsaving - I will have everything crossed for you🤞x
  • Hope everything works out for you @goodwithsaving!
  • Thank you. I've been worrying myself silly this weekend x

Don’t know what time to start chasing EA regarding probate as it’s showing it’s been granted but EA have been off on annual leave so should I leave him settle and catch up before chasing 🤯🤯 I just want to know what’s going on 😭

@Cookie211 I always try to wait until after lunch on a Monday to give everyone a chance to get on top of things. After that I feel like it's perfectly fair to start chasing, particularly if you know the probate is sorted.
