With regards to title TGL334313, I have now got the updated OCE relating to the parking space but not the removal of the 2010 charge yet. The vendor has confirmed that they have responded to LR's 8th Sept requisition early last week. Are you able to confirm please? I want to double check as previously they said they did which turned out to be false.Thank you“Official Company Representative

Hi
We have an issue on a property we’re buying regarding a right of way that didn’t make it from a historical deed to the register.
The house is accessed via both a private road, and also across part of the adjoining property’s driveway (who also own the road). The registered title has no mention of any right of way.
The vendor’s solicitor has provided an old deed which confirms both rights of access, as well as a maintenance contribution. The only reference in the title to this old deed is with regards to the party wall particulars.
Our conveyancer has requested that the vendor’s solicitor uploads the particulars for HMLR to update the register.
Now the kicker, our mortgage offer expires the first week in January. Is it likely for us to have the register corrected in time to complete?

Everything then hinges on it being in order. If it is then it has a very good chance of meeting your deadline. If it isn’t then it may get very tight.“Official Company Representative

I've setup an alert, would it be possible to just check once more to ensure there hasn't been an application lodged between the time I last asked and the alert being setup.
Title number NGL951296.
Thank you,
Sam
I've setup an alert but not received anything yet, solicitors advise application should be submitted today, can you check if it's in please?0 -
