RegardsLooks like point 1 is the hold up as we need more from outgoing lender. I’d suggest contacting seller’s conveyancer to clarify timescales for a reply
Whilst an expedite request was made we can’t do anything with that as processing/checks had already begun so no actual wait time to reduce. The wait time is now the conveyancer’s
It looks like it’s just the outgoing charge that’s the hold up from hereThere’s no record of any reply to that request as yet so am uncertain as to what the solicitor is referring to.If they do reply then it’s very likely we will need to complete wider checks with the lender as well. SamThe key is to ensure that once it’s been submitted then the conveyancer asks us to expedite it. Expedition reduces the wait time to under 2 weeks generally. Everything then hinges on it all being in order though
I was wondering if such an application had now been submitted for title number NGL951296, my vendors seem to believe so, however, my solicitor cannot confirm this.
