Hi Land Registry
I've got an old restriction on my property, which my solicitor is trying to get removed, but I'm struggling to get any info on approximate time scales / current position (holding up the sale).
Title number BM322340.
Would you please let me know the current status, and if possible what sort of timescale I'm looking at (i.e. is there a response required / wait time for no response from the party named in the restriction).
Thanks

ThanksWe contacted them on the 7th to advise what was needed so suspect the conveyancer is in the throws of sorting that and replying.Once they have we can then decide what next steps/checks are required (if any). But if they are needed then it’s usually a 15 working day period for no response. But your conveyancer can confirm that for you once things are moving again“Official Company Representative

Hi @Land_RegistryIs it unusual that a TR1 application to register a transfer in property ownership, which was submitted on 6th May, is still not reflected on the Title Register four months later; so the Register remains unchanged, still listing the old owners?
Are wait times right now beyond four months or should I have cause for concern?Thanks.0 -

Hi, we are purchasing a probate property. Probate has been granted but there is a home rights charge from 1974 on the deeds holding up our purchase. Vendor’s solicitor not responding re when they submitted request. Is it possible to give us an idea of timescale for this to be removed? K213206 title no.

If you are buying then someone needs to ask us to expedite it to reduce the wait time

Thank you for prompt response. We are now putting in a request as buyers as vendor’s solicitor has not responded to several requests to expedite. Can we ask, if a request is refused how long would it take to remove?0
