Can you explain why no more flats have been added in the last month, how many more flats need to be registered ahead of this application, and an estimate of the time remaining to complete the application? Many Thanks.“Official Company Representative

Hi Land Registry.
I am just chasing an application, not been straight forward, the prior application was cancelled. Here is the reference number I believe you require NYK492055/HG78217.
Just wondering if we are there yet with it. Purchased the house a year ago now!
Many thanks in advance0 -

Hello
Please could I ask a question about form ID1?
My FIL died leaving half of his house (owned with MIL as tenants in common), in trust. I am a trustee and am trying to transfer his half of the house into trustee names with the help of a conveyancer. We have a query about the ID1 form, but can’t seem to get our solicitor to get back to us to discuss. My MIL has received a letter asking her to fill in form ID1 and see an independent solicitor to verify her identity. MIL is 96, housebound, very frail and doesn’t have entirely full mental capacity. Although she understands with are dealing with her husbands estate and is happy it is being dealt with, doesn’t really understand what it is all about. Is there any other way to verify her identity? Thanks for any advice.0 -

Hi.
We completed on our freehold home in August 2020. We are now going through the remortgage process and our remortgage is being held up as Land Registry have still not added our property to the LR.
I called today and was advised that LR received the relevant documents from our solicitor in September 2020. In April 2021, LR sent a few enquiries to our solicitor which were replied to in May 2021 - nobody from LR has picked this up since this date.
I have told this has now been expedited and to wait 10 working days but how do I know if more queries will need to be answered?
Cant believe we are halfway through March 2022 and this has not yet been organised by LR. Had I known this was the case, I would have chased this long before the remortgage was due.0 -
