Hi @Land_Registry
I was hoping you could advise on a restriction which is currently registered against my property
I am currently in the process of re-mortgaging. There is a restriction listed on file from A Shade Greener Boilers. We have paid the remaining balance back in January and they advised us that they would contact Land Registry to remove the restriction. I have tried to contact Land Registry but got no response. I have checked to see if it was removed and I can see A Shade Greener submitted an application the 28th January using reference number I739GGS. Is it possible to check and see how long this process is going to take? Our Mortgage offer expires next month.
My title number is NGL528511 Ref: 220309-412883

My wife is currently the sole owner of our bungalow. We would like to transfer the property to Tenants in Common as a 50 - 50 split, there is no mortgage and the property is registered on the LR. Is there a DIY guide somewhere that shows what steps are needed do the transfer? The bungalow is valued around £300K.0 -
