Could you tell me please if there are any long delays within the Land Registry Process in relation to a house purchase please.
We completed a house purchase in October 2020 and the solicitor forwarded a copy of the new Land Registry Register of Title about 6 weeks later.
Unfortunately the Registered Proprietor's name was spelt incorrectly so we notified the solicitor straight away. We have since been in touch with the solicitor twice since then (most recently 16th August 2021) and they are citing delays at the Land Registry of between 9 and 12 months.Ditch 100 in January Challenge 100/100

Can someone please tell what is the current waiting time for a property registry? The residential property needs registration before a sale can proceed. The property was previously registered as an additional transaction but has been removed from the online land registry database.0

We are in the process of purchasing a part-exchanged home, the seller who is a housing developer has submitted change of ownership request. The title number is MAN327496. Our solicitor would not want to enter contract without the title showing up-to-date registration of the proprietorship. Could I know has this application been expedited and what time will it be completed?
Thanks.0 -

Thanks.I’m unsure what reference no you are referring to but if it relates to their request or the pending application then the solicitor can provide it. The case/request reference wouldn’t assist you as far as I’m aware though.“Official Company Representative
