MobilePhoneBuyer.net Problems

Hi
I am also having problems with mobilephonebuyer.
phone was sent in the prepaid envelope on the 27th November 2009.
I have sent several emails to chase up the order, but heard nothing for over 8 weeks now.
Do the firm still actually exist?
Does anyone have a valid email contact number or telephone number?
I would not recommend the firm to anyone until the very bad customer service is resolved.

Yeah i have finally been paid!! Money went in2day after sending emails every day to this damn company, funny they reckoned they tried paying the money into my account 3 times & everytime it showed a processing error.
All i can say to people waiting money is email them everyday and basically tell them you will be taking legal action against them if they do not pay you your money, i even threatened them with the police!
Dont give up just keep on at them.0 -
Finally been paid after 9 weeks. Try the email karen@mobilephonebuyer.net.
Good luck to those still waiting0 -
Thanks to all. I have been chasing £150 for 4 weeks so having another email will hopefully help.0

I sent two phones off in November. one to Tesco's and one to mobile phone buyer. The money was received in less than two weeks from Tesco's. Fab service.
With Mobile phone buyer I had heard nothing by Mid December. They said my phone had not been received. Miraculously the next day I got an e mail saying it had been received but they could only offer me £10 instead of £20 as my phone was damaged ( it wasn't). As I didnt want to pay postage to get it back I accepted this and they said they would send payment. It has now been a month and despite 2 e mails noone has replied as to where my money is. They appear completely dodgy and I would never use them again. I think martin should remove them . Well done tesco's.0
