Yellow Box Junction - PCN Advice sought

If you get it wrong and come to a stop on the yellow grid, you get a ticket. Some junctions make an absolute fortune for local councils.
Really? It's not an offense to stop in a box junction though.
Quote from the Highway Code:These have criss-cross yellow lines painted on the road (see 'Road markings'). You MUST NOT enter the box until your exit road or lane is clear. However, you may enter the box and wait when you want to turn right, and are only stopped from doing so by oncoming traffic, or by other vehicles waiting to turn right.
I've added the Bold effect to the relevant section.
So what happens if you enter the box junction as your exit is clear (right-turn) but the oncoming traffic that you are waiting for turns left, thus blocking the exit?Make £2018 in 2018 Challenge - Total to date £2,1080 -
You simply block the junction, and I imagine TFL send you a ticket, then you appeal on the grounds that your exit was clear when you entered the box, and someone has since taken "your" space, same as when you are slowing to get the "last" space and someone cuts you up to take it.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
