Good morning you lovely people
I have to admit - I have woken up from a dream, that has dampened the spirits... however the Action for Happiness challenge for today is "Challenge negative thoughts - find an alternative interpretation" so I have had a shower, washing the negativity away... well not quite but I'm getting there.
I am tired and I am looking forward to 11.01pm tomorrow night when the deadline for the final assignment for this year has passed, and then I can rest....
Yesterday's doings....
1. Virtual Church
2. Sunday lunch at our local with a friend ( in a bubble) supporting a local business
3. Sitting in the garden - reading for my assignment
4. Vino, popcorn, and watching Pride - the movie 10/10 really enjoyed it
4. Tea, Toast, Honey, WestWing and knitting!

1. Pub - planned
2. Book for 11.01pm tomorrow - this should have been paid by the voucher i got from the survey site, but it went through instant payment!!!

How are we today - I admit I have spent most of this morning in bed.... reading, sleeping and listening to podcasts, now though up and about showered and breakfasted?
Yesterday Doings:
1. Caught up with my daily devotions
2 Emails and admins
3. TV, Sofa Surfing and crocheting
4. Reading - fiction - Maisie Dobbs
5. Sorting spare room out - booked a drive in charity drop ( up to 10 bags/boxes sealed ) for local hospice next week... I have decided that the current mantra is - If I was moving would I take this?! This could be a major decluttering.
Financial - NSD
Thankfully
1. Favourite meal of sausages and mash
2. To be able to slow down.....
3. Appointment for tomorrow for oestopath made
4. Appointment made for Friday for Hairdresser !
