This is copied from an American site, about the hellish stuff I had in that infusion:

Well I've had severe bone & tendon pain for a week and I can't walk. Phoned my gp who hummed and hawed then told me to take Paracetamol! I have a year's worth of this stuff in my bones and I'm seriously not happy. Just posting this to explain why I'm so whiney and moany just now lol.
Industrial quantities of JBs needed I think!!!!

I'm making the most of the calm before the storm, as DGD is due teatime for a sleepover :rotfl:. Seriously she's lovely on her own, a bit bossy but that's 'cos she's a girl ( and bl00dy minded ).

mar, I was tempted to send you some codeine then I remembered it does not work on that pain nothing does. I have been having that pain for years. Sorry to have to tell you no pain killer works.

If you can cool it that may help. When I get it in the night I stick my whole legs out of the bed. walking about can help too. It's difficult to get going but even walking around one room helps it to go. Then you can have the jellybabies nanny window sent.

I can't walk NM, it's like the tendon at back of my heel has seized. I've found a HWB does help a bit. but as you say, it's trial and error. I'm pondering a JB poultice.....
