Definitely not shorts weather here, it's very wet and very windy, fortunately we have plenty of coal and I have some crochet projects lined up as I shan't be walking far today.

Yuck weather here - very wet and windy - so pleased that the harbour events were last weekend.
Given Mr F a beard and hair trim - now he is complaining that he feels cold.

Had my flu jab this morning, and DH and Dad had their covid boosters yesterday. This afternoon I changed Dad's bed so the sheets have just been washed. He's a bit achy and he had a headache through the night so resorted to tablets to help him sleep. I've washed my lightweight skirts and trousers too, so they can be put away for a few months! Pity the weather isn't going to be good enough to hang things out for a few days so I've just put everything on the clothes horse and they'll get ironed on Monday.

Weather been ok up here, days seem to start off dreich but turn sunny by afternoon. Mild, not cold.

Weather here varying wildly minute by minute.  Sun out as I type, but the aftermath of the torrential storm that finished a few minutes ago is still running down the road.  Which is what I should be doing.  Late again!
