Hello Fencers think I'm finally shaking off the six month cough which has kept me awake night after night . I also had a bout of dizziness which seemed to be the stuffed up head and sinuses . I recall Lyn having similar problems awhile ago . I feel for those with vertigo and the dizziness connected to many chronic health disorders. Trying not to stand up suddenly or lean over to pick something up automatically is hard to remember especially with fibro fog . So I've been abit bruised and battered . Suddenly lurching sideways seemed worse than pitching forward .
I'm a late June baby .Fair hair and skin means I don't tolerate high temperatures well prefer warm , sunny with a bit of a breeze . Growing up only things I hated were too hot , ice if I was outdoors and smog . That may not be familiar to younger posters but it was foul . When I worked in the civil service we would sometimes be seconded to the Liverpool city area near the Liver Buildings down on the front . For me it was a bus then a long train journey and then trying to find my way all the way down to the front through thick, yellow sometimes very thick dirty fog .
It was scary , not knowing if you were on the pavement or had strayed into the road . Bumping into people and arriving in work filthy dirty . I don't miss that and bless the clean air act and cleaning up most of the emissions from heavy industry .
Hope you're all ok apart from the rain! Seems abit late for Monna to move now but still sending the vibes it will happen soon . Also burtha hope all is well and thing are happening in a good way
It's been cold and damp here but in my heart it's Spring .After a fair few lavender candles and much screaming at the skies the dreaded Jose left Old Trafford yesterday . I've been bouncing about like Tigger today with a daft grin on my face as I watched my beloved Ole the baby faced assassin arrive at OT as caretaker manager lord help him . I don't think there are enough candles in the world to fix much before the end of the season but I'll be able to watch Man U again as misery guts made it impossible this season .
Take care all

Polly, you take this recovery in slow easy steps. You've been out of action for a long time and we are approaching the time of year when infections are rife. The last thing you need is to pivk up something else now.
No, we had all hoped to move before Christmas but my poor buyers buyer (keep up) has no idea of doing things in sequence. Having finally sold his house, got his top-up mortgage sorted and we were all sighing with relief and waiting to hear about the exchange, he now decides he must have a full structural survey done on the house he is buying. That was done a couple of weeks ago so in theory it's all systems go. But of course, all the solicitors are having their Christmas parties and breaking up until January. 2019 it is then.I believe that friends are quiet angels

A quick post to say that my darling Millie left me today and now, I confidently believe, is prancing about on some celestial beach and giving the heavenly cats and seagulls the fright of their eternal life.
The quietness in this house is very heavy.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Gentle hug monna and love . Think of all the characters that have gone from this thread . If she's picked up your teaching ways that Docky dog may finally communicate in a coherent manner .
Take care
