    Lame wolf ,that's part of the Parkinson's,my DH has been prescribed a drug which has reduced that considerably .(After he fell out of bed ,running down a hill in his dream !)
    It might be worth asking for a trial .

    Could I ask for some traditional classic British menu ideas please? What veg do you serve with what meats, etc? And desserts too if you could be so kind ladies. TY!

    How are you all ?...Im doing okay apart from feeling so tired its unreal I could sleep all night and half the day this past few weeks , im not a winter girl I just cant find my mojo , im always like that this time of year ...Im gonna have to get my SAD lamp out again soon , im taking anti depressants but its never enough this time of year........

    I so look forward to February when the nights start to pull out abit and the birds start to sing ......

    Im struggling with christmas too , got lots to do ut no energy for it , sorry to be such a misery , bear with me and my next pist will e better ....Sheila

    Beef Casserole, Dumplings and any veg you fancy
    Roast Pork, Apple Sauce, Sage & Onion stuffing, Roasties and again any veg
    Roast Lamb, Mint Sauce, Roasties & any veg
    Desserts - Apple Pie, Fruit Crumbles served with cream, ice cream or custard, Trifle.

    Hi Chickens11(sorry can't work out how to bold your name)
    I live in the west of Suffolk ,v close to North Essex ,
    Love Aldburgh and that area .
    Bit of a rough few days DH had another fall ,took a lot of skin off his forearm ,our super surgery are sorting him ,,as I just can't buy the dressings needed OTC.
    Like you chickens I can't seem to motivate myself and feeling quite low .
