Well done on the paying things off and lunches. I'm off work for summer and find myself snacking and getting emergency food in too much. Also well done with the running, I am a very lazy runner - as in I do it when I have a race booked in and then I just give up, need to get myself sorted!

  • Feeling quite proud of myself, I went to get some diesel and I thought I'd have a wander in Asda before going back to work. In there they had some Ramen sachets, the one I picked up and it sounded like a very posh pot noodle. I was very tempted but resisted :D I had one of my cuppa soups out of my drawer instead.

So far out of my working week, I have spent 30p.

DS is back tomorrow :j as much as he is a pain in the bum, I have missed him but I won't miss the mountain of washing he'll bring home though :rotfl:

Ordered one bit for DD for her birthday, so on the way there.

    Things to sort still:
    • Meal Plan
    • DD's birthday
    • Grocery list
    • Finances
    • Uniform list

  • So DS is back today and will no doubt have brought half of the IOW with him :rotfl: I should be able to get everything out and dried over the weekend.

DD's swimming has been changed to a new time, as she has moved up a group :D so that helps with the food shop as I can go before we go to her lesson.

Things I must do this weekend:
    • Meal plan
    • Food shop
    • House type stuff
    • Sort out ready for week ahead

We have SiL and BiL coming over for a BBQ on Sunday, so must remember to add that to my food list.

One good thing about the BBQ is that anything left over, I can bring to work for lunches...although not likely with DS being back lol

That's what I love about BBqs and dinners there are always left overs. I currently cook loads and then have a few meals for a couple of days. It saves on my bills, food shopping, and also is helping me save money day to day.

Love your resistance. I have not so much will power at the minute. xx

  • Morning,

Busy weekend this weekend, DS home on Friday, lots of washing (please bring back the Rolls Eyes emoji :) ) Family round yesterday, food shop, housework. Really tired today as a consequence.

I did the meal plan and shopped accordingly, I do need to get other bits and bobs but the main things are bought.

Lunch today is left over BBQ stuff :D

Overindulged a bit too much this weekend, I think I need a detox :rotfl: but it was worth it, as we had lovely company.

No, they seem to be dragging their heels. My agency bloke this morning said he's still chasing....I just want to know what they're going to offer, so I can make a decision.
