New diary, I have been thinking about it for a while now. I have been back almost a year give or take two weeks and boy what a year that has been, reading back over my old diary.
The title of my new diary comes from a Lucy Spraggan song, which the lyrics fit the mood at the moment.
Reflection on the past year:
* Current debt is now - £8500, this doesn't include the OD or the BC (yet!)
* Changed jobs four times and looking to move again, hopefully for the last time for a while
* Moved house
- This is my favourite one
* Year Goals when I find them again are improving
* Got a horrible situation with DS's ex-gf sorted
* Still trying to get my MSE head to stay on, but I'm getting there slowly
There are still improvements that need to be made but overall I/we are getting there. I think carefully about anything I go to buy.
I am happy that I have rediscovered the survey sites and some new ones that I hadn't done before, my overall plan for next year is to build a stash up towards Christmas and birthdays, making 2018 as frugal as I can :money:
There are still things in the house that need sorting/unpacking/binning but it does feel like home and the kids love it and that to me is all that matters
I like trying to get the most out of £2 per day, how sad is that? :rotfl:
So as the song goes 'We won't abandon this ship. We are unsinkable'

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.
