More than yous need to knows.

Now inn BoPs lunch Box this weak we has raspberries, strawbs, blue berries, an orange, toms, cucumber, peppers and onions. Last knite BoP had his grilled stuffed mushrooms with peppers. Rite tasty, and then a bowl of strawbs and berries. Nice with cocoa. Saw that tin of foaming chocolate other day and it has 5 spoons of sugar in every cup! AVOID. BoP has his cocoa raw, like a man. Looked at the paper thing and it says that the chocolate is actually one has been of cocoa and all sugar. AVOID!
Proper is what you want ifs yous need a beach ready body like BoP!

On the way to work, BoP was packed off with an egg. Poached egg, bit of best back and some mushrooms. Rite tasty and good for you.

Now that nearly ends todays recipes from gaff of BoP! Tonite as promised on SunDae, we is havings the Mediterranean Scrump and Chicken! That is one beast of chicken brest, cubed on skewer and dusted with chilled lightly grilled and served with the Mediterranean scrump from Sundae! That is now nicely brewed!

Bee in the yard tonite clearing up. Raffles this morning was peering into his patch as a grey squirrel, tree rat that should be?, was lurking in his silver birch tree! I think he came off worse a few weaks ago!

Day 14. BoPsie is having her talk at the big quack house. BoP is still on his diet and now has had no sugar in 14 days. Cocoa now tastes much better. Way inn on Wednesday! Should be some news of good from quack house soon. Oh, a word on BoP. He does not wait and has personal transport to the quack house. That is how he got Jenny fitted! Oh, I has Jenny’s tests booked for September. She’s buzzing for it! :heartpuls :heartpuls :heartpuls :heartpuls :heartpuls :heartpuls :heartpuls

PM2SS Jenny is BoP’s ICD. Look it up, she’s two wired twin choke version! Leads and all!
PM2DD back we go again! Ladies T20 and #UTM

Got to rush off now, so there bees all your BoP for the day!

A day of much work. Very busy. 8-5pm.

I've been asked ( as in just mentioned but not enough time for a proper discussion) if I want more hours. Hmmmm. Not really! Happy to do extra to cover holdidays/ sickness etc but quite like what I have and I'm already working 6 days a week. Shall see what's being offered.

Sun was shining when I came out...was raining when I went in. Took car today as I knew I'd be tired and sore. That's another thing. My back and hips ache if I'm on my feet too long and I dont think it's worth knackering them for an extra few quid a week.

Friend popped in with some more baby milk for Niece. So niece is delighted and friend happy it's not getting wasted.

Tips were okay. Makes a difference working the full day :)

Just got chips from chip shop for my tea. Everyone out and about tonight.

Dog delighted to see me. He's had DD here all day but was glad to see his mum.

Home with pasta sauce from work will portion it up and freeze it.

Quick chat with GN . She started back at school today and had a good day and her new school shoes ( I bought) were comfy!

It's my anniversary today. Bittersweet when there's only one of us to celebrate! But it was our special day.

Right I'm going to potter in the garden for a while . Have a good evening,

    1) surveyor came to value house this morning for separation agreement. which means i came home to a tidy and clean bedroom (had totally forgotten lol)
    2) then went to community fridge for first time. Signed in 2 jars lime pickle, 1 jar onion chutney, and signed out 1 punnet of strawberries 'best by 19th'. they were lish!
    3) greek salad for lunch and pasta bolognese for tea, both hm of course
    4) then straight from work to vestry. good meeting (and far better obviously than the footie!)
    5) dogs very happy to see me. dd2 went out 4:30 so they didn't get fed till i returned. then walked them up to postbox to post letter to ds. forgot to take poo bags - fortunately it was dark so noone saw me leave the poop, return to house for bags and go back to clear poop :D

& - I hear great things about those "Ring" doorbells, if that's a route you wanted to take. I think they start videoing when someone goes on your driveway. Or you may find other neighbours have CCTV which includes part of your property.

    Pleasures for today (Tuesday).

    1) Bigger son woke at 4am. Luckily he didn't wake me. He stayed up all day until midnight so hopes to wake up at a sensible time tomorrow. He has lost 6kg, which he could ill afford to lose.

    2) Hens OK and I did a bit more weeding.

    3) Bigger son went to college to do an exam.

    4) Made a big tea (there will be much food consumed here for a week or two to put the 6kg back on!) Roast gammon, pots, carrots, courgette, broccoli, stuffing, gravy and HM blackberry jelly. Then I made some sponges in ramekins with HM lemon curd at the bottom.

    5) Bigger son went to the pub with his friends.

    6) I watched Holby City then 24 Hours in A and E.

Not too busy tomorrow. Another exam then a welcome home dinner at my sister's house.

& - hoping it is sorted for you soon. It's a worrying situation to live with.

    1. Phone call with my Dad. Good news the cancer hasn't spread. He will need to be on hormone treatment for life but nothing else needed. Consultant doesn't want to see him for 3 months.

    2. DS2 back from holiday. Flight was delayed with technical problem so he stayed at girlfriend's house last night.

    3. Email from my sister with her version of my appeal for flexible working.
It is worded very well. It needs a couple of small changes today and then it will be sent.

    4. Work was a strange day. I survived it. four of us worked hard and someone else did the bare minimum.

    5. Walk round the garden with a coffee.

Thinking of you & hopefully you will have enough evidence for the PTB to do something?
Good news re your Dad VL

    Tuesday pleasures,

Bit of a driving around kind of day, out to feed store for bag of chaff and then off to yard down famously bumpy road, & will know where, then remembered road closure and changed direction nearly back to home.

The beautiful grey one was pleased to see her Mum, especially with a boot full of food!

Then off into town of gown for various errands including haircut.

A dad at the car park pay machine was encouraging his very little girl to put the change into a cup for the homeless man who sat nearby, bless the small child if she didn’t grab all the money instead with a broad grin. Cue much embarrassment from Dad as he apologised and returned the cash, the homeless man found it hilarious and was still chuckling as I walked away.

Lovely evening walk with Capt S and small dog, catching up on each other’s day, the favourite part of mine.

    Pleasures yesterday.

Half an hour at local community gym, trying to do this a couple of times a week to keep toned up.

A few wild blackberries picked during dog walking session, getting a little stash building up in the freezer.

Washing done and out on the line. (Don't tell anybody but I was a right lazy mare and left it out all night!) It is good not to have the tumble dryer thrashing away.

Mini crisis sorted with advice on the phone from brother. We lost our hot water. Boiler had Low Pressure message. Brother is plumber who fitted said boiler 4 years ago. He told me where to find the pressure gauge (hidden underneath, would you believe?) and what taps to turn on to top up the system. Hooray, we had hot water again! It was one of those problems that OH would have dealt with, now my responsibility. I have scribbled the instructions on the front of the boiler manual. It is a pleasure when you add to your skills.

The most decadent home made white chocolate and strawberry trifle for dessert yesterday, and enough left for dessert today.

Nargle,I left my washing out overnight too !

Just talked to the Brain Bank( who knew!) and the nurse is coming to sign DH up on Wed next .
He quite fancies being sliced and used in perpetuity! To me it's a natural progression from organ donation.
    Hope I haven't offended anybody .

Things continue to deteriorate,he seems quite calm and resigned ,pretty much no voice now so unable to vent .
    Washing done and dry
3 Good Book group meeting yesterday .I really enjoyed the book "The Co-ops got Bananas " Hunter Davies tale of his early life ,showed how diverse our group is as most didn't like it ,
I'm really struggling with 'An Unsuitable Woman' September choice ,good it gets me out of my comfort zone
4 good time at WI summer garden party on Monday .somebody asked what DH was doing ,I replied he was probably watching 'gratuitous violence ' ans she looked puzzled ,said she'd never heard of that programme and what channel was it on ,my friend was a collapsed giggling heap beside me as I tried to explain a very old joke between DH and Me !
5 Glad son of Frith home safely, what a wonderful experience for him .
