    Pleasures for today (Tuesday).

    1) Not a bad sleep.

    2) Hens OK and 1 egg.

    3) Went to see my sister and to B and Q to get inspiration for her kitchen makeover. My niece had a trial day at primary school.

    4) Family support worker came round. School referred to her about smaller son's attendance. It took 6 months for the referral to go through so he has left school now.

    5) Bigger son phoned and had been to the barbers. They had done a good job and given him a head massage! I don't know if the Nepali barber was shocked with the sheer quantity of hair he was faced with :-D

    6) Burgers, salad and corn on the cobs for tea.

    7) Watched Holby City.

    1. Watered the garden before leaving for work. It was peaceful after the helicopter of the early hours of the morning.

    2. Could park where I normally do before catching the bus. I thought that I wouldn't be able to due to an incident on the railway line. The cause of the helicopter in the early hours of the morning.

    3. Finishing work. A day spent in severe pain. The good thing I was quiet in the afternoon and spent most of the time trying to deal with the pain.

    4. DS2 cooked toad in the hole for tea.

    5. Fell asleep on the sofa.

    Tuesday pleasures,

Scrambled egg on marmite toast for breakfast.

Good ridden lesson on equine girlie, it’s helpful to have eyes on the ground picking up on things and providing feedback.

Capt S promptly home as we were heading into town of gown for theatre visit.

Rev Richard Coles at the Arts, what an interesting man and a fabulous orator, thoroughly enjoyed.

A half moon peaking out from behind a cloud as we pulled into our drive.

    Pleasures anticipated for today.

Seeing and smelling the beautiful bouquet of pink and white flowers received from my workmates every time I go into the living room.

A gentle pottering and tidying up day, in anticipation of family arriving tomorrow.

Changing my bed linen today, how I love fresh clean linen!

I have an urge for yogurt and fruit for breakfast, so I will listen to my body and enjoy the cool calming taste of healthy stuff. (Avert your eyes, BofP!)

The company of my cat and dog, also my son, who is working from home this week.
