Hello. We all seemed to have been felled by lurgy. Though feeling better now than I did this morning. Went back to bed once the garden chaps were here. Had to give them access to electricity .
Yesterday N in law was so unwell she had to go back to bed so they didn't leave till much later than planned. I just wanted in my bed but had to get help to change my sheets. Did the freezing cold/ boiling hot thing and shivered then sweated!
Managed to Hoover and wash floors today. Bathrooms can wait till tomorrow.
I now can't see over the back! Hurrah! New fencing up.
Very croaky chat with sister on phone. Have sent my Australian friend a message saying wait till end of the week. Had planned a call for first thing tomorrow. Sister had a good moan ( with good reason) so I was glad to be there to listen to her.
A couple of just short walks with Haggis today. But a beautiful bright day.
Postie brought an offer of very cheap monthly magazine I had stopped a couple of months ago as promotion had run out...they had called me then and offered me a good deal then but I wasn't prepared to give my bank details randomly on phone. This is even cheaper.

1. Some good news 're work. For a trial period I am stopping working at the location that I need to drive for an hour each way to get there. The best thing is I feel that I have been listened to . It's only taken 4 1/2 years from the first letter from Occupational health.
The person that I am changing with asked me rather than my manager. Strange. Makes me wonder who had been taking me seriously.
Not a pleasure was saying good bye to the people who work there. All of whom I liked and the environment and atmosphere is good but the drive is awful for me.
2. Roads were quiet. I considered whether it was half term.
3. Managed to find a home for more of DS1 stuff. Still a long way to go but pleased I've been decluttering over the past year so had some space.
4. I won't need to buy cleaning stuff for a while. He brought so much back with him which MIL had asked people to buy when she was there and it wasn't needed.
5. Easy tea of jacket potato.0 -
BoP is in with Millwright this day talking cloth cutting. No rants available this lunch time!
Back later!0 -
Monday pleasures,
Quite a bit of sunshine, really gives you a lift.
Tidied the inside of my car (how much mud and straw  ) and found a pound coin, now stashed in the horse carrot pot.
Made mackerel pate and had it on oat cakes for lunch.
Horse girlie is shedding, big time, so wasn’t a smart move wearing a fleece type jacket to the yard
Watched a bit of cricket followed by Uni Challenge.0 -
Only the brave come out of the Spoiler Room.
I hope the biscuits are good.
Normal service tomorrow.
Sacrificial Lambs to the slaughter.
BoP has activated Sheep Dog mode. Usual rules. BoP is correct.0
