Avoid that google thing. Also, did you know that although you fiends on buckface cannot see your email or date of birth, some scamming shysters can access this if you click their clickbait. Change to a disposable address like ‘BoP at shysterwatch dot con’ and your DoB to 1st Jan 1901. Avoid.
V Date night last night with BoPsie. Steak was wolfed down. Salad had goat sperm on it, refused. Don’t normally waste food, but if cucumber was meant to have goat sperm on it, they would keep goat in the cold frame!
4 That saw ted. Another boiled egg in the lunch box today. Boiled egg and four cakes of Jaffa. Other foods as normal. Good and filling.
3 At mill. Over educated person is not very well, again off with stress. Poor thing, he left skool at 25 and gets too much pocket money. I flew first class to Rio when I was twenty to pick up an aircraft that had strayed a bit off course! I saw his humane biography last year and it was a no from me. It is still a no!
2 Night is tour night, Grand Tour. Wobbellades shall be consumed!
Having one tomorrows. Off to Big Sis. Everyone should has a Big Sis. More later, but also Vets BrekFest!
That was dynamite, like!0 -

Had a lovely day.
1. Quick tidy up and declutter. Helps clear my head too if house tidier.
2. Went to a town slightly farther away from where I normally go. Figured out how to use parking ticket machine. You could pay in 3 ways in the machine and also download a parking app.
3. Met a friend for coffee and then lunch. Had a catch up and enjoyed lovely food. We tend to meet up half way between us since she moved away.
4. Went to local panto. It was fun with quite a few being good actors and singers.
5. Chatted to a few people I hadn't seen in a while.0 -
Good morning. I ended up just going to bed early last night so forgot to post my days doings!
Up and about early and friend dropped her daughter off to me and then we walked up to school later. Was just smirry rain on way there ...a bit heavier on way back and then I still had a quick dog walk to do. So a bit of a damp start to my day. It's weird thinking that the school run ( walk) was one I did day in and day out for many many years! We had a nice chat on the way.
Friend gave me a new to me lamp and 2 candle holders. Says me that's trying to declutter! However , new lamp was on my things to get list for new front room and I've always liked this one at friends! Shall probably replace the shade but love the base. One of the candle doodahs looks like it was just made for my walnut sideboard! In return I gave her two huge bin liners packed with junk for her work! That's a good swap I think!
Not so skinny club in morning but stayed and celebrated other people's losses! As always good chit chat with those I sit with.
Gardener chap came and work shall commence on Tuesday. I'm excited to have a garden again instead of a building site! It's so muddy and squishy. Shall get out today and measure and count old slabs and offer them for free. Rather than they just get skipped.
Two big kids on top of my bed and a large Labrador squeezed under and just chatting and laughing together.
Lovely video of GN dancing at her school Burns Day.
Have a lovely day. To be rainy but mild rain here.0 -
Offs to Vets BrekFest.
Then to Big Sis. Chocolates have been purchased. Bet you now wish you were BoP’s Big Sis?
More later!0 -
Think I should call it my 5 gratitudes this week.sorry been missing .
1 DH is now improving,Parkinson's Nurse came Tues (was it really that long ago)
many useful suggestions .
She was worried about his breathlessness and wanted GP to check him ,not an emergency .
2 v grateful to receptionist on Wed who ,on hearing it was about his chest, insisted I took him in that morning as
3 very surprised GP found crackles and wheezes across both lungs ,now taking antibiotics and steroids and back if not 100% next week..
4 no more falls
5 he is much better ,walking unaided around the bungalow again ,I know he's feeling better as I have been told I've loaded the dishwasher incorrectly !
6 I managed to lose 2 lb at SW a minor miracle as I am an awful comfort eater
Hope younger son had a happier day at school Frith.0 -
a good day for us both bop
1) woke early, full of beans, caught up on some emails
2) lovely walk with the spaniels. started raining just as we got home, then after lunch another long walk, this time with mrpiano and all 3 dogs. this time light drizzle but not enough to spoil the walk (Though the house does now smell of wet dog!) this is what saturdays should be all about!
3) £8 off mr t shop (i'd do mr l myself but mrpiano prefers mr t)
4) reading my next book club book while mrpiano did some piano practice. today was chopin then rachmaninov
5) and now mrpiano is cooking curry for me and the friend we went for a curry with last weekend while i clean my bedroom (done) and bathroom (just about to do).MrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025
