Hello. For Monday.Went to CP and had a lovely walk then for the first time I went off site and left doggy. He’s left each time I go for a swim so wants too worried! He’d had a big walk so usually just sleeps!Anyway went to nearby garden centre to meet someone I had met recently at a work event, they wanted some advice about starting up. Had a nice chat…and half a scone! And back home in time for doggy’s lunch and then another nice walk. And then another nice walk after his tea. And then an oh my goodness can you please have a wee as it was absolutely lashing at bedtime! This morning we had a lovely walk at 6.30am. A lovely sky.Did a bit of caravan housework!Quick walk ( in the sunshine) and just as I was driving at my end of town a downpour! So sun and showers all afternoon.I felt cold so put the log burner on.Chat to sister. And a bit of work…was doing this when friend called so chat with her and then back to work. Up to date with work at this point.Heating on for an hour to try and get washing dried. Definite change in temperatures here.9

Still watching thru the Murders in the Building. Nearly binged out.
Food on the tor was excellent, bity difference to the six pieces of chicken in tomato soup topped with carbs (rice and 8 week old bread) disguised and chicken tikka! AVOID

I work from home so my cat can be fed on demand!8 -
For yesterday,
Woke up hungry so eggs on toast for breakfast.
Long chat with my bf.
Playing in the garden with C dog and practicing our fetch & leave with a tennis ball.
Off to BuryStEds to visit the feed store, chaff, balancer and garlic purchased then on to the yard. Windfalls for the horses.
A visit to the Vets for C dog too, her ear problems are still rumbling on so we know have a steroid spray. However the vet was delighted with her progress and said that she looks like a different dog in just the two months. Home and baked spuds for tea, easy.9 -
Hello from sunny Lesvos 😊
We are, as usual, having a wonderful time on our favourite holiday island. Weather has been great, not too hot 26-28 degrees) and always a light breeze. We’ve been swimming/floating (on my tyre) and swimming out to the buoy and back (a first for me), lounging on the beach, watching lovely sunsets and eating lovely food and drinks 🍸. We did venture out one day when it was windy to have lunch at the harbour in beautiful Molyvos. We also had dinner one evening with a lovely lady who we met here two years ago.
Three more days to go and then it’s back to the reality of house selling and buying and decluttering!
Hope everyone is doing okay and weather not too bad at home 😊7 -
Hello.Think I must have slept not too bad by my feeble standards!Hoovered downstairs this morning and have just taken the Hoover upstairs to do later.
Out to meet a friend this morning. Lovely catch up!Her village had a library in an old phone box so borrowed a couple of books. Was raining very heavily by this point! And a quiet afternoon…had a wee snoozette.Rain has now stopped and a pleasant enough late afternoon…in a need at least a jumper on kind of way!8 -
Great photo's Paulie.
With extra vet bills and extra fuel as we’ve been doing all the running around family wise, we are keeping very tight on very, very strict almost non-existent budget.
1 Bearing in mind the above, I chatted with dh and did get my half price skirt from joe browns today as I’ve had an eye on it all year but could not justify their prices, half price and a free p and p code that worked, I’m happy with that and it will be a birthday present.
2 I had my anaemia shot, which is always appreciated.
3 As we go past Aldi on the way back from the docs we called in, and noticed they are trying more on prices, some good winter veg picked up both fresh and frozen.
4 Tonight is chicken parcels, with new pots and salad, rtc coleslaw picked up yesterday.
5 Some very interesting roles found and being applied for.

For yesterday,
A very wet morning so I cracked on with the cleaning while C dog snuggled up with her favourite toy.
Did make some spicy butternut squash soup and had a big bowl for lunch, think might have gone a bit heavy on the chilli but cleared my sinuses a treat 😊
Went to see my big girl, she was in due to the rain but happy enough with a hay net and all her pals around her.
Tasty tea of pork ragu with mashed potatoes, all about the warming foods now.
