Its not only loads of cucumbers at the moment, we're eating courgettes every day. I'm expecting DH back soon from the allotment and I know he's going to bring some more. Looks like courgettes again later!0

It's like something from the Karate Kid: pound on... pound off.

Thanks Carmen. That sounds delicious and something I definitely need to try0

GresleyR, I usually roast a large batch (don't let the veg overlap too much on the baking tray, it is better with crispy edges) and any LO I blitz, freeze. Perfect sauce for pasta when loosened with a little low fat cream/yogurt.0

Goodness me, it sounds like winter out there tonight. The wind is howling and the rain beating against the windows. I have taken to my bed with a mug of Options and my book.
I can jubilantly record a 1lb loss this week which is more than I deserve but I'm not knocking it.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Hi everyone
A 2 lb loss to record for the last 2 weeks. I'm going to try a different diet for the next couple of weeks. To try and boost my weight loss. I'm going to try and eat like a did when I was a small child in the late 50's. So three meals a day, no unhealthy snacking, no ready meals, in my home there was no crisps or pop. Let's see how it goes.0 -
Reporting in with a loss of 3.2lbs this week. Thanks for the ideas for courgettes Carmen, DH came back from the allotment with another four yesterday.0
