  • CBA sorry to hear the news. Hopefully you'll get some news soon and can start planning life accordingly.

Unsurprisingly I've put back the 2.5lb with the increased calorie intake taking me to 0. BUT I am showing more muscle in the photos today than last week. Only 1 more week at the 'bulking', and then I start dropping calories.

Off to have a chocolate brownie while I can:D

    Thanks.......and talking of news.

I lost 1lb this week - after all I had said about not losing, i'm at a new low weight of 11st 0lbs :rotfl:

Maybe eating Omelette's for breakfast thus meaning i'm not overly hungry for longer in the day has worked. Still eating around 1600 calories per day regardless.
    Weight Loss - Start (21st September 2016) 13st 10lbs, Current 10st 10lb (20th August 2017) :j

    Target 11st 3lbs - Completed :D

New target - lose remainder of fat and gain muscle

Found you at last and from what I've been reading you've all been through the mill. (northern expression)

I fell off the wagon big time the other week but I'm trying to get back to losing weight but we've had 2 sets of visitors and when I'm stressed I eat, and boy do I eat !!!!

Back to normal - no visitors - no (expensive) lunches, dinners to do, so I'll hopefully be back on track soon.

Eating leftovers at the moment and trying not to spend money.

Lunch:- Raita (not sure of spelling) HG (home grown) cucumber, HG onion, HG garlic, LO yogurt, LO salmon
Dinner:- venison, HG veggies, fruit salad made with LO fruit in the fruit bowl before it is too ripe and low cal orange juice.

I am now in 'eating up' mode as we are off to Barcelona on Sunday.

B: FF yog, berries, seeds, maple syrup
    L: ratatouille
D: pizza that DH bought for Sunday. Not my choice but it is easier to eat them than find space in the freezer for them. I will have some salad on the side.

45 min dog walk - very steamy again

Hi knitwitch. I've just had a look at the latest weight loss chart and sadly my net loss is only 0.6lbs. I think a post showing a gain of 2.2lbs when I came back from my hols disappeared . Just hoping that I'll manage to post a loss tomorrow.

gresleyrover, if you only put on 2.2lbs over a holiday you did very well. I can put that on over 1 day.

It's My WI day tomorrow so I will see what damage 2 meals out has done.

    Today's intake is.....

Fruit and Fibre + 1 orange.
    Chicken salad
    1 nectarine
    1apple.

    Lots of black coffee.
    2 sugar free P eppermints.

Thanks Monna. It helped that we were self catering but I have to say that I'm quite proud of myself for keeping away from cream teas and pasties.

It was ok yesterday, just had cucumber, garlic, onion, yogurt, dill mustard for lunch and the same again for dinner but with some LO salmon. Than I went and spoilt it all by eating cheese and nuts.

Cucumbers are going to feature hugely at the moment in my diet as I'm getting about 3 a day from the veg plot. The only decent recipe I've come across to freeze is cucumber, avocado and cheese soup, not really low calorie so I'll not bother - anyone got any ideas? otherwise when I get fed up with them the hens may have a treat.

I'll update later when I've decided what LO's to have

You can use them and the yoghurt to make tsatsiki.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Oh It sounds like there has been some excitement since I was able to check in last

Thank you to everyone who keeps this and all the threads running smoothly

Know I would have to 'fess up here has helped me make choices................although when on holiday, it all went to pot!

I have managed to rein it back since getting back

It was worse but today I have to declare +4lb since my last weigh in here.

    Back to the plan!
