Welcome Florence J First work now weight:j
Just had my HM soup for lunch. Yum.
I had a cheat meal out unexpectedly on Friday night because DH's diving was cancelled. I'd carefully stored up my carb allowance for the Seafood Risotto which is to die for.
However, I found a new item. Protein fest of Sea Bass, sole, monkfish prawns and mussels. With a salad. And I exchanged the garlic bread for standardAbsolutely delicious and meant I could have a sneaky tiramisu for dessert.
My last week of 'bulking' this week. Saw my PT in the gym this morning and he said he could already see a change:rotfl: Yeah. Upwards I think. I'll find out tomorrow.Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -

Welcome FlorenceJ. We seem to be very laid back on this thread. Too laid back for those of us who would do better under the threat of rack and thumbscrew. Still, we do prop each other up.
Well, it's Sunday and cold and wet. Definitely not a salad day. So....
Br: bowl of Fruit and Fibre.
Second Br: (cold and wet, like I said) Boiled egg & 2 crispbreads.
Lunch: pork medallion, courgettes, carrots, onions, cabbage, peas.
nectarine
orange
When I had finished washing up another custard cream hurled itself from the biscuit tin straight into my mouth.
Sneaky little devils these custard creamsI believe that friends are quiet angels

Hi All
Am slinking back again was wondering if I could join again please Knit Witch, I would like to loose 8 lb to the end of the challenge please. I am hoping this will be doable as I am currently hindered by a broken ankle and one of those massive boot things. Hopefully I will be out of it a week tomorrow so will be more mobile and will try and drag the kids out for a bit of a wonder on my day off.
