WEEWDY, do you realise that you have lost about 6 stones in as many months? That's astonishing.
My mother weighed 6 stones before I arrived. Poor woman, 4ft 10ins tall, weighing 6 stones and she produced a 10lb baby looking, as the doctor said, 3months old already. My father who saw me 10 minutes later inspected my fat little legs and gave his opinion that I would never be able to wear silk stockings. He was right, I never have.
Anyway, all that from a body that weighed what you have already lost.
It makes ya think, dunnit?I believe that friends are quiet angels

Hello newbies, well done all losing weight and those still persisting.
Sunday July 23rd I did something naughty. First time in 10 months I went over my calorie allowance. I didn't eat anything bad, I just ate more - 198 calories more! I was just really hungry for some reason, but because I am anything from 250 - 500 down every other day, I hope it won't do me any harm.
Weigh in on Thursday - can I see me go from nearly 14st down to a figure beginning with 10....in 10 months obviously, I don't mean overnight! 10st something on Thursday will be great, but i'll be patient if i'm not 10st something:mad:.....honestWeight Loss - Start (21st September 2016) 13st 10lbs, Current 10st 10lb (20th August 2017) :j

Very boring day today. I find it easier to ear more or less the same things everyday. More variety means more choice, means more decisions, means more opportunities for going wrong.
Anyway....
Br: boiled egg with 2 crispbreads.
Lunch: Ham and cheese salad
Sugar free jelly with a splash of evaporated milk.
1 Apple.
Felt like chocolate tonight so had a mug of Options Belgian Chocolate drink.

Bread deprivation set in today so I thawed out 2 slices of HM bread and made a ham sandwich for lunch which I ate with some salad. I'm quite proud of myself that I stopped right there. Before I would have been so cross with myself that I would have thrown in the towel and gone on a complete binge.
Something must be working in my brain.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Knitwitch and Zafira, thanks for the suggestions for peaches.
I like the idea of peaches in brandy. I don't do alcohol but could use as desserts for DH.
Could the peaches be cooked in a slow cooker for the chutney, any other ingredients?
Weewdy, that is a great achievement 👏0 -

I'm hungry, hope the cup of coffee I've just made will fill me up until teatime.
Lunch:- fruit, 2 eggs.
Dinner:- turkey, loads of vegetables, fruit salad and greek yogurt. Still got to make the fruit salad. Maybe 20gm dark chocolate - I'll see how it goes.0 -
