I like the :A. A little guardian angel for those who had more luck than judgement when it comes to losing weight this week...
My plan today:
B: raspberry-cheesecake-muffin (been out for a coffe with friends)
L: bread with margarine, some cheese, cucumber, melon and a tomatospinach quiche with cucumber and melon
S: lo scone from yesterday with some cream and jam
No excercise done as I spent all day knitting... Does that count as excercise?Fashion on the Ration 2022: 5/66 coupons used: yarn for summer top 5 /
Note to self, don't buy yarn!0 -

Yay 2.6lb down:j
Not sure how with the amount I've been eating:D
However, this week I start cutting calories and keeping up the same amount of exercise. Actually, the cutting is only to about 50cal below what I've been eating for the past two years on the 'permanent' diet, so this shouldn't be too bad. Particularly when I'm working.Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -

I'm really pleased, off to the hospital this morning before work hopefully I can get rid of this boot and I'll be more mobile!'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Morning all.
Back on the plan again - mostly - after nearly a week in Barcelona. There were quite a few cold beers and not particularly healthy tapas but we did offset by walking between 15,000 and 20,000 steps each day.
DD is off in the Isle of Man for a week doing her DofE silver expedition so we will go to the pub quiz tonight which we can't normally do.
B: low carb granola, berries, skim
L: souppub meal
50 min dog walk after a 5:30am wake-up call to get DD to the station very early.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

Hello all:hello:
A nice lot of loses for most this week, well done 👏
I have sts ☹️ Actually I should be pleased as I have struggled this week, need to get my mojo working again.
Thanks for the link Zafiro 👍0 -
I have been really good this last week. I have kept my calorie intake down and done quite a lot of exercise. 6-8 miles walks most days. 15000 steps per day on average. According to MFP, I am on target to lose a Kg/week. And today my weight is the same as last week.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Sometimes when you have increased something, or changed your diet etc, it can take a week or so to register, so stick with it and here's hoping for a good loss next week!Must use my stash up!0 -
