All plans for today ditched as suddenly had to look after granddaughter.

Br: boiled egg and 2 crispbread.

Lunch: Cheese sandwich with bits of salad.

Half a rum and raisin ice cream cone. (don't ask!)

It's been an exhausting day and I may OD on fruit tonight.

My supper so far has been 500g of cherries , 4 pieces of chocolate and the lickings of the cake making bowl!
Is it possible to rescue this situation?....smoked salmon and sweetcorn fritters were the intended meal!

Lunch was 2 eggs and fruit
Dinner is supposed to be a turkey curry with cauliflower instead of rice, but I've been making ice-cream this afternoon and it's a challenge to put the bowls in the sink and water before I get my spatula to it.

However I can say I've lost just 1lb this week at least it's in the right direction - hope for more at the next weigh in.

TiredThrophy, at least you ate enough fruit... :rotfl:

B bread with butter and honey, apple
L spinach quiche, tomato, bit of cucumber, 1/4 melon
D Spuds with little mayo, slice of ham, tomatzo and 1/4 melon
    S nectarine, chocolate

Probably a bit too much fruit....

Lunch:- tin of chopped tomatoes turned into soup with added chilli and herbs. apple, pear and satsuma
Dinner:- I've planned on having 100gm turkey in a curry with 'cauliflower rice' then maybe fruit salad as there's quite a lot of fruit that needs using up.

I'm trying to keep busy today so I don't think about food !!!

0.5 seen off this week, might have been more but I'd have to have my glasses on to read the small number :rotfl:
