    Hello all new and familiar!
I am still in the UK being fed....today it's raining so I cannot wear posh white outfit for Art Gallery as there appear to be no pavements around here on the way to the station!....I am so going to freeze today...in July. The relevance of this to weightloss?...dunno.
I hope eveyone has a lovely positive week.

Weigh-in today and I'm pleased to say I've lost the 4lbs I had put on so I know I wont make my target this session. If at all possible can I change my target to 14lb - sorry Knitwitch, please don't to it specially just when you are next on your 'updates'.

hope you enjoyed your holiday, you certainly did well with the weight

Weigh in yesterday at 84.5 Kgs, which is a drop of 0.7Kgs on the week. (1.5 lbs)
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Well done on all the weight loses 👏
I STS this week, I think I ate too much fruit  My peach tree is absolutely laden this year. The family and neighbours are now all peached out so I need suggestions please?

Start preserving some? Peach chutney, slow cooked in brandy and then put in jars (use nice jars and they could be pressies :D)
