Hello all new and familiar!
I am still in the UK being fed....today it's raining so I cannot wear posh white outfit for Art Gallery as there appear to be no pavements around here on the way to the station!....I am so going to freeze today...in July. The relevance of this to weightloss?...dunno.

Weigh-in today and I'm pleased to say I've lost the 4lbs I had put on so I know I wont make my target this session. If at all possible can I change my target to 14lb - sorry Knitwitch, please don't to it specially just when you are next on your 'updates'.

Start preserving some? Peach chutney, slow cooked in brandy and then put in jars (use nice jars and they could be pressies)
