Hi all,
Going to slink in here and stand at the back of the room. Heavier than I've ever been, even at 9 months pregnant with my biggest baby. Gone up a dress size too
Going to be realistic and aim for 1lb this week please knitwitch0 -

dandy-candy we have 6 weeks left for the challenge - do you want it to be 1lb for that time or 1lb a week?Must use my stash up!0 -
Well, my plans for the day took a nosedive. A good friend came with her thumbscrews and dragged me out for lunch and forced fish and chips between my nerveless lips. Honestly, it wasn't my fault.
We will draw a merciful veil over today and I'll try again tomorrow.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Oops I forgot that we set a challenge goal! Can I have 4lbs in 6 weeks please knitwitch, I think 6 might be a bit ambitious *cringe*0

DH out today with packed lunch so it made it a lot easier for me this lunchtime, so I went food shopping but was determined to stick with my list.
- tin of baked beans, strawberries and jelly, 20gm dark chocolate, and enough coffee to float a boat.0 -
Hello again dandy-candy!
FBO....how's it going?
B. Melon, banana, hm yog. Oats. Coffee
L. Salad leaves, tinned fish and crunchy seeds, possibly a boiled egg.
D. Chilli with courgettes and a very small helping of rice.
S. Beetroot juice, coffee, maybe more fruit , lots of water.
Have to get the gears adjusted again, cut my neighbours grass and hopefully have a swim. If time I'll pick some blackberries. Weather is now hot again...30.....0 -
Morning all.
WI today - STS. So much for my quick lap before holiday
B: low carb granola, berries, skim
L: something veggie from the freezer as the fridge is looking quite bare (this was planned)
Subway - off up to London to the theatre and this is all we will have time for
50 min dog walk
I think I will try a bit of 5:2 once the summer holidays are over as I seem to have stalled.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

Feeling very pleased this morning as despite having been away on holiday for the past couple of weeks I hopped on the scales and weigh exactly the same as I did before we left which is a surprise as although I stayed off the carbs as much as I could we certainly consumed more in the day than we usually do here. Mitigating factor was we were very active (managed 20,000 plus steps one day on the pedometer) and using muscles to climb up waterfalls and mountains (on paths not with pitons) so presumably used up what calories we took in. Whatever, I'll take it!0
