    I hate to say this but I think you're reading my weight loss wrong- it's .8 of a pound, not (as I think you're thinking) 8lb!! I'd have to cut my arm off to lose that much. But hey, if you want to think I've done that well, please feel free!

    Well my scales were teetering but I am going to record a 1lb loss because apart from Wednesday's scoffathon I haven't eaten much at all recently.

    Morning all!
    Time to wake up the thread:)
    I have eaten my oats for breakfast and the laundry is in. I shall cycle to the gym via the Dr ...need repeats. ..and this afternoon I'm helping someone with their English conversation.
    Had a massive migrane yesterday so we'll see how it goes.

    B oats with hm yog and hg soft fruit
    L.boiled eggs ,wm toast tomato salad....probably
    D. Mushroom omlette, hg boiled potatoes, hg green beans

    All off a small plate.

    Beetroot juice, coffee, water and a banana after the gym.

    Weigh in day today. Pleased with a 2lb loss, did a fast day last week and it was interesting to watch the weight before and afterwards and how it changed. Doing another one today as DH is out and I can keep busy.

    Unfortunately, the only time I can go food shopping for the week is over lunchtime. I've made my list but I'm sure it will challenge the willpower. :D

    I've lost the plot and gained 2.5...

    Well, at least I know why and it isn't a surprise: fizzy pop, processed meals, birthday cake and lots of snacking. All the things that make the systems go awry. I'd have been really :mad: if I'd been really careful and put weight on.
    Cancel the kitchen scraps for lepers and orphans, no more merciful beheadings, and call off Christmas.

    Had a somewhat disastrous weekend. My usual menu yesterday was augmented by a few broken biscuits. Quite a few if I'm honest, but that's OK because it's a well known fact that all the calories leak out of biscuits when they break. Right?

    Anyway back to the boring routine today in an attempt to repair the damage.
    Will report back later.

    Hello all,
    Well done on the positives and a hug for those struggling.
    Apart from one day I thought I had I good week, but the scales say
    STS

    I usually weigh on Monday morning to stop excessing at the weekend, but suddenly my bad time has become Saturday �� Will maybe review this?
    I think I may have eaten too many plums over the week! I have 'done' more with my glut of plums than the peaches ��
    My doctor has told me to only have 1/2 pieces of fruit a day and avoid grapes. As a fruit bat I find this difficult ☹️ I need some suggestions for what to do with grapes, anyone make low sugar jams?
