Sorry Knit Witch I should have posted my weight loss earlier today but we had an escapee stallion, so it was a bit exciting as he went to visit the girlies.

    Weight loss this week 1.5lb

MallyGirl I don't know where my hard hat is let alone my long boots. I made a pact with my DH that when I get down to his weight I can get back on board the boys. I want to be there by my birthday. I've chosen the smallest one just 15.3hh - the naughty one from this morning is a lot bigger and unbacked.
My DH thinks I'm mad and is checking the smallprint on my life insurance LOL :rotfl::rotfl:

Does anyone do fasting days? My weight has got stuck and I was wondering if it would get it moving again. Fasting days seem to be a current fashion but it would be good to hear the opinion of those who have actually tried it.

One fasting day is fairly easy if you drink plenty, don't go for a run and don't have to cook for anyone else.
Two is trickier to fit in a week....and cooking for others is a disaster.
The weight shifts about 24 hours later.

Morning all - nice weather for ducks :)

B: low carb granola, berries, skim
L: HM gazpacho plus roasted bns salad
D: Burgers (trying to tackle the freezer hoard), HM wedges, roasted HG cherry toms, broccoli

    45 min soggy dog walk

I succumbed to a Morrisons salad bar yesterday with DD so must try harder today. It is not really feeling like a cold soup sort of a day but I made enough for the week so I will not be wasting it.

Tried a tin of low cal carrot and coriander soup in the cupboard. I have several but somehow thought I didn't like it. It's OK so that's my lunch sorted for the next few days.

L carrot and coriander soup, flat peach, pear and half an apple
D apricot and turkey burger, veg, jelly and fruit.
