TiredTrophy it's all gone horribly wrong. Exercise is fine, but I had some brilliant/awful news last week and I've been eating on it ever since.
Thanks for asking. I will try and claw myself back after the pizza and trifle.Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -

It should be a good day to try another 'fast day' tomorrow as I've a 300 mile round trip to do. I'll have to make some sandwiches for DH's lunch before I go as he's useless in the kitchen and he's getting too old to retrain. Just hope I can resist making a few for myself.0 -

All this talk of exercise makes me nervous, and very, very tired. I enter a plea of extreme old age, and I don't want to hear about 90 year-olds running marathons. Poor souls, they must be devoid of books to read, squares to knit and dozens of recorded TV programmes to catch up on.
Back to recording every mouthful. BTW dandy-candy, I totally get you with the sandwich crusts - sooo deeelicious. Did you spread a little more butter on them? Sorry.
Breakfast: 2 crispbreads & 1 boiled egg.
Lunch: 3 crispbreads with some cheese and lots of salady bits.
1 nectarine.
That should be it but I may make some sugar free jelly in case of unbearable temptation oozing from the biscuit tin.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Monnagran.....I am sure you get out for a walk most days.
dandy-candy...prioritise the physios stuff...do it first before you wear yourself out with walking or making food decisions.
Had a small piece of pizza at the pool..it was cheaper than salad! and I was very hungry, and a glass of chocolate milk when I got home. Only 26 degrees today.
Off to launder the sports kit!0 -
Only when I run out of crispbreads and have to hit the village shop TT.
Ancient dog and I sometimes have a short meander along the beach, we can both plod quite happily until she spots a seagull. That brings the amble to a speedy conclusion.
However, I have waved a feather duster about semi-enthusiastically and stared hard and meaningfully at the vacuum.
That must have used up some calories.I believe that friends are quiet angels
