    Good morning!

    STS to the ounce!


    Which goes to show that hm chocolate ice cream would be good for building someone up :)

    Last night DH made tuna pasta bake...delicious but heavy.
    I do like eating. I will be going to the gym later.

    B. Coffee and a bun at the market.

    Hi all,
    Yesterday was:

    B: branflakes
    L: left over hm curry
    D: s&s chicken and egg fried rice
    S: piece of fudge

    Spent yesterday clearing out bedrooms, putting stuff on skip, attic etc. Sweated buckets and killer backache, but had no energy left for proper exercise. Add to that we were knackered by evening and got a take away :eek:

    I have half of mine left which I'm going to bin instead of having it for lunch. Wasteful I know, but I don't want to eat something fatty again when I should be getting back on track.

    Going to force myself to go for a walk but promising my feet a rest with a DVD and knitting after :rotfl:

    mmmm. Spoiled my perfect record of a pound a week. STS for me this week. Could be worse.

    I was going to say I'd lost so little that it wasn't worth posting but...... when I add that little bit to the .8lb I lost last week, in total I've lost a whole pound!!!!

    Evening all

    Just passing by to report that I've STS again this week :o

    I have my appointment to see the heart consultant on Monday, so hoping he'll give me the 'all clear' to resume my life and get back to some more exercise fingers xd.

    I've just had the most amazing dish of food. Fresh, Italian, whole-wheat tagliatelli with bacon, smoked salmon and cream sauce, all seasoned with salt, ground pepper, fresh chives and parsley, dill and lemon juice - bl**dy yummy :D

    Well, i've weighed and I am 68.2kg which means I lost 4lbs and added 1/2 lb, so total loss = 3.5lb

    The 0.2kg gain is because I have added muscle after todays measurements show, so i'm not unhappy about that.

    It just means my goals have now changed. I'm not after weight loss, but toning up and adding muscle.

    We'll see how it goes, but i'll keep checking in incase things change again.

    Target 11st 3lbs - Completed :D

    New target - lose remainder of fat and gain muscle :cool:

    Yes. Well. It's sackcloth and ashes for me today. I went out for Sunday lunch with friends....think roast pork, apple sauce, stuffing, roast potatoes, vegetables followed by salted caramel ice cream, coffee and peppermint creams. Oh, I forgot the drinks.

    I am also going out for the day on Tuesday with a friend. That always involves coffee and doughnuts, more coffee, fish and chips, glass of wine, more coffee, ice cream and finally tea and cake. It's written in stone.

    If I'm not back where I started by the end of the week it will be a miracle.
