    Fabulous Weewdy!

Come on FBO...tie up your laces and run!

My weight is stuck- I suffer from greed. I get lots of exercise.

    B. Was small piece of fruit pie (no added sugar, very thin pastry and LO) with yog
    L. LO potatoes fried with an egg and a sliceof bacon and a large green salad
    D. Courgette soup, green beans with melted cheese.
    S. Banana after gym
Cube of beetroot cake mid afternoon as its laundry and cleaning day.

Hope you are all enjoying a lovely day....go on out FBO...away from the kitchen:)

FBO, emotional eating - i bet we've all suffered from that. The only thing that I found even remotely helpful was the constant sucking of extra strong mints, I must have got through pounds of the things. Oh, and sugar free jelly is my salvation whatever the mood.

So much for fasting today to make up for yesterday and tomorrow. My family scooped me up to take me out for coffee followed by lunch. The only thing to say for it was the venue. I don't know if anyone here knows the Isle of Wight but Steephill Cove can only be accessed by a good walk in one direction and a bit of moderate mountaineering in the other. The moderate mountaineering whipped up a good appetite for a huge chicken, lettuce and mayonnaise sandwich and crisps followed by ice cream.
I'll try not to eat anything else today but cheese and biscuits are relentlessly nudging my mind. Perhaps just a couple..........

A friend here for lunch so had some pate and toast which wasn't very diet friendly. Tea:- cooked meat from the freezer with some veg.

Hopefully this is the last day of indulgent eating, but what else is one to do when you are catching up 2 months news with a good friend and have set up camp in a Brewers Fayre. Eateries tend to regard unfavourably people who sit in their facilities gossiping for hours, laughing immoderately and not partaking of their goodies and swelling their profits.

That's the excuse for scoffing a delicious lunch in which chips featured heavily.
And that is all the details you are getting.

Goodness me, where is everybody? Are you all prostrate with weakness due to lack of food?

No such luck here. I don't usually weigh myself between official weigh in days but after 3 days of eating thought I'd just check on the damage done.
Wish I hadn't bothered. Just believe me that it is bread and water for the foreseeable future.
On second thoughts, scrub the bread.

Has anyone else found that after only a brief period of eating normally it is doubly hard to get back on the straight and narrow?
I've been ravenous all day. I've sucked peppermints, cleaned my teeth, drunk my water
eaten my salad, walked a couple of miles and I'm still eyeing the dogs biscuits jealously.
