And I'm bored and hungry but not at home or anywhere near food.
Son having a lovely time swimming and showing off his muscles to young women by lake. I do not have my knitting with me sadly as I sit in the shade not cramping his style. Hopefully he'll come over in a bit and we can find lunch.

Tomorrow we go to Italy for a few days. I will find a new knitting project to start.0 -
I even cut my nails before weighing in today. It must have done some good as I have onlyput on 2lbs.
No my fingers didn't look like Strewelpeter's (remember him?) the water diet seems to be working. No more of that though, much too stringent.
Hope this is understandable KnitWitch, changing colour on a tablet is a bit fraught.]
ETA. It worked once and has never worked since. Hardly surprising, I have said before on this forum, I am to technology as King Herod is to child care.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Morning everyone. We went to visit DS1 last weekend as it was his birthday and I've struggled all week to get back on track. Unfortunately I didn't quite manage it so its a gain of 0.4lbs this week.0

Weighed in this morning and thoroughly depressed. Only .4kgs lighter than than the day I turned my life around 2.5 years ago.
I went back to the drop in counselling yesterday and they've suggested I get a proper course of therapy. I have a bad habit of going when I'm at cracking point then stopping when I feel better or life gets busy. Obviously not doing myself any favours.
So. 5k run done. Meal planned. AGAIN.

Hello all,
Unfortunately not much waliking this last week, it has been too hot! Only short walks with my dog before the sun rises and late evening, thankfully because of his age this seems to be enough for him. These days I try really hard to keep out of the summer sun.
What do you all do to tone up, it is becoming harder as I get older☹️
Weigh in tomorrow!
Karcher, just draw a line and jump back on the wagon👍
😂@ monna, I love your thinking.
TT hope you had a lovely time with your son.
I hope you have had a good week?0 -
FBO, you are aware and still trying which is a positive in my book.0

Have discovered the worst part of dieting is that I can't indulge in my love of cooking. I made fudge yesterday for the first time in ages and of course spent all yesterday and today scoffing it! Resisting it really really isn't realistic, especially as it's my granny's recipe and so a bit of memory lane for me. The only real answer is to not make it anymore, or any of my favourite meals as the fact is I have no willpower. :mad:0

Evening all
Well done on all those reporting a loss and commiserations to others. It's great though that at least we're all trying
I'm starting to sound like a broken record, as I'm an STS again this week.
However, my yoga mat has arrived and I've been looking on the tube of you to find some videos that I can use. Going to take it slowly to start with though, as I don't want to finish up tied in a knot :rotfl:
Hope you're all having a lovely BH (we don't get it in scotty land)

oh my goodness, it seems that we are all struggling.
I have to talk to myself VERY severely. I do this often, its a wonder the men in white coats haven't carted me off long before.
Anyway, there is nothing for it but putting on my big girl's pants, (too big a girl and much too big pants) and getting stuck into being hungry all the time. If I'm honest it's more just wanting to eat than being hungry.
Here goes............
