I'm afraid I've STS this week

Frith - That's interesting, I did a similar thing early in 2017 but carried on watching very carefully what I weighed and lost just over another 2 stone by Feb this year. Since an operation this Feb I've put on a stone and a half which I need to shift again plus more if possible as I'm in for another op early next year.

I'm finding it very hard this time around to get motivated. Some days are good, some days are decidedly not good. I don't have a sweet tooth anymore but I find I miss the volume, I try to eat slowly but after a lifetime of trying to eat my evening meal quickly when on duty just in case the phone rings, is a habit hard to break.
    Hi
I don't know how/what way you are trying to lose, but i eat tonnes:D a sparrow way of eating is no good for me, i dont eat carbs very often but eat a tonne of veg/salad/fruit

-3lbs this week, yay! Although I suspect the sore throat I had over the weekend might have had something to do with that (had lots to drink, not so much to eat). I’ll see what happens at my next weigh in.

Its a small gain of 0.5lbs for me this week. It was DH's birthday last week and I ate too much birthday cake., so was expecting the gain. Hopefully better next week
