Just weighed in Loss of 2.5lb.
It sounds better than it should be as I've put on a fair bit of weight over the summer (after losing 4stone 2017/Feb 2018 with the help of this thread) so I'm starting from a higher platform than I should be.
I'm focused again so my weigh in day for recording will be Monday, even though I hop on the scales every day.
Yesterday
L:- 2 poached eggs and tomatoes.
- veg curry - it should have been turkey curry made from a carcass in the freezer but I sampled quite a bit so I missed out the meat in my curry. One portion of cooked apple with various berries from the freezer. Last month I did a huge cook up of all last years fruit in the freezer, so I would have space for this years pickings. 0 -
