I feel much better.
Having coffee with milk and had a small spoon of plain hm yogurt with that. Intend to have eggs for lunch and fish for dinner but as I have hospital apointments all day I am not sure when lumch will be. ( i checked i shouldnt cancel)
Today i will comcentrate on only eating at meal times...it only takes aweek or two to go to nad habits, it seems.0 -
Sorry been MIA recently, lost the plot etc so I really have to get my act together again.
Can you put me down for 14lb loss in the next challenge.

If i run, there will be a post run snack, prob bread and jam.
Dinner is the fish i wanted yesterday..dh went out so i had roasted pumpkin and cheese and salad at home.
So today i must clean and tidy for viewers... and its foggy.....0 -
It’s our wedding anniversary today, so my husband is cooking steaks for dinner later. I’m making some butternut squash, carrot and pepper soup in the slow cooker, should do me for lunches for a few days.
Put on a freshly washed pair of jeans this morning and didn’t have to breathe in to pull the zip up, it’s a nice feeling! Still some clothes in the wardrobe that are too tight though, I will get back into them again!0 -

Ok, starting tomorrow! Have puts lots of weight on (after losing 2 stones earlier this year) and reflux is the worst its been in a long time.
Lots of comfort eating as son2 struggling at school (nothing new there but I hate each stage where I have to find an SEN primary, secondary and now probably a SEN college).
Anyway, will weigh myself in the morning....0 -
