I'm afraid I've STS this weekZafiro - I think I started in March/April and I lost just under 2 stones in the 8 weeks.
Frith - That's interesting, I did a similar thing early in 2017 but carried on watching very carefully what I weighed and lost just over another 2 stone by Feb this year. Since an operation this Feb I've put on a stone and a half which I need to shift again plus more if possible as I'm in for another op early next year.
I'm finding it very hard this time around to get motivated. Some days are good, some days are decidedly not good. I don't have a sweet tooth anymore but I find I miss the volume, I try to eat slowly but after a lifetime of trying to eat my evening meal quickly when on duty just in case the phone rings, is a habit hard to break.0
