Hi. I forgot to post last week but I had a gain of 1.5lbs, but this week it was a loss of 2lbs. So a net loss for this challenge of 0.5lbs. No a lot but its a start0

Yesterday I needed to finish off bits and pieces from the fridge. I froze what I could as DH can eat it at a later date but there were a few bits and bobs that wouldn't freeze - custard/trifle/hard boiled eggs so my meals were 'leftovers'. I just hope not too much damage has been done to the diet.
Frith you seem to have lost an amazing amount of weight these last few weeks using the BSD recipes. I've read the book but do you still stick to a very low calorie count or have you increased the amount you alow yourself?0 -
Hi everyone, I'm not joining this challenge as I've decided I'm at a weight that I can stay at and I'm happy with BUT......I wish I was as I've lost half a pound somehow!

Zafiro - I think I started in March/April and I lost just under 2 stones in the 8 weeks.
I then had a “break” until last week and put a stone back on :-/
So hopefully another 8 week session should lose me 1.5 stones then I’ll no longer be overweight. Break for Christmas then I’ll do the BSD for breakfast and lunch with a normal, but healthier tea.
I weigh on Monday’s so will see in 2 days if this first week has had any effect!0 -
Not quite on the BSD today due to son2s college open morning and son2 cooking the tea.
