That's great news CathA! What a lovely place to be, to have the life you want in a body you are comfortable in.

Knit Witch - Could I sign up for the next round, please? I'd like to lose 6lbs, please.

Yep, it's taken a while but I'm happy where I am now. I am admittedly on the thin side, always have been all my life, but the menopause tummy was a definite no-no! I tend to carry weight there and on the tops of my legs; I am not saying they were fat but they were 'fat for me', if you see what I mean.
I'm not going to have the flat stomach I had when I was 14, but at least now I don't have a stomach I can rest a cup on anymore! On the bright side, I can still fit (just!) into some shorts my mum made me when I was 14. I might have to poke my stomach in, and can't even think about crossing my legs when I sit down, but they still fit. (Who can remember lying on the bed, doing up your zip with a coat hanger? Yep, that's me!)
As long as I keep roughly about this weight I'll be happy, but I'll be checking in now and then.

Good luck everyone on the next challenge. Happy Monday everyone. x

Good morning! The fog is just lifting and it will be a lovely day...but I had Dand V overnight so am staying in.

I expect to eat ....nothing but clear liquids!

I meed to clean the appartment as we have viewings on Thursday, then I can steam clean to remove all the bugs as well more easily.

Been MIA for a while. Life has interrupted the weight losing project and I have put on a couple of pounds. However, in spite of being in the middle of moving house (fingers crossed) I would like to lose those 2 pounds, plus a couple more, so......

Can I try for losing 4 pounds this challenge KnitWitch please?

It should be doable, but with moving and Christmas and colder weather happening it will be a bit of a struggle.
