STS for me Knitwitch. Just can't seem to get it going, tho I do know that snacking in the evening is my downfall. For some reason I have a massive case of the munchies on Sundays, always the day I eat lots extra, even after a big roast dinner!

Onwards and upwards, happy Sunday everyone x

Okay think I am all caught up! I went down with a bug/glandular fever relapse (think all the traveling etc last weekend caught up with me :o) - here's to a great week for all of us!

Oh and Wishus - it took me a year to recover from a broken ankle and I was very fit before hand - the docs said everyone is different and not to rush it!
    Must use my stash up!

Managed to overspend calories again yesterday due to cider, and had a word with myself.

I think it's no use me 'cutting down'... if I want to get a hold of this properly while I can't burn so much as I like, booze has to go. OH concurs and we're going to not drink in June, crossy fingers.

Today we have decided to just have the 2 meals: a leisurely full English brekkie, all grilled and dry-fried. We have given the Aldi 5% sausages a go. They are quite nice, but they look odd (pale, as they don't have all the sugar in them that Richmond and the like are coated with to make them go brown), and you can tell it's mostly bean. But nice. They certainly help add a sausage element to the plate.

Meal 2 will be salmon, jersey royals, YS asparagus and green beans.

    Mebbe an icecream... will see.

STS for me this week, still it's better than putting on. I'm still being good, bought loads of fruit to have as snacks, however I was working with one of my 'tempters' one day this week, and she gave me 3 of her biscuits. I was good on Friday though, as we've had 3 people with birthdays in the past few days, all of whom had brought in goodies, and I was tempted to have something, but I resisted.

I must start doing some proper exercise, as mostly I'm just getting a half hour walk, (i.e. walking to and from work) each day. I probably burnt off a few calories yesterday while washing the car, and I've been doing a bit of gardening this week.

Minus 2lb for me this week Knitwitch. Not as much as I hoped for but better than nothing.

In this hot weather we've been outside most of the day so lunch and dinner have not been planned. Fortunately I've had a load of salad things in so a quick dinner when we have been coming in at 8 or 9pm has been a salad with a few prawns or piece of meat followed by some fruit. At least being outside had kept me away from the fridge and cupboards - well almost!!
