B - 2 sausages, 1 tomato, 1 fried egg
L - half an avocado with an egg baked in the centre. Quick salad of avocado trimmings, cucumber and sun dried tomatoes.
T - Ikea! Moroccan chicken with cous cous. Ate the chicken but not much of the cous cous.
When does this challenge end, please, and I might make a new target.0 -

sorry been awol as been really busy at work and at home.
Knitwitch can you pop me down for another 3.5lb loss please (2lbs last week and 1.5 lbs for this week).
Have done a quick skim read as heading out to work but hugs for those who need them as I see there are a few people who are struggling. I think the hot weather makes us lethargic and I dont know about anyne else but the last thing I want to think about when I come home from work on a hot day is what to cook so its normally a quick grab meal whichmeans spending as little time in the kitchen as possible is what I go for. I know that this is not the best idea for me.0 -

Hello everyone
I'm not sure if I joined this challenge a long, long time ago but I need to know if you will have me. I'm currently 11st 11lbs and at 5' 2" it's really starting to affect my health. I did tip over 12st a while back but I lost a little. I will be 48 in October and really don't want to go into my 50's overweight and unhealthy.
I have just started using myfitnesspal again so hopefully with that and this thread combined I will be more successful.
